None of those seem to be having an effect but I'm not sure. I've tried turning online services off and on. I downloaded the manual cache for my flight area. What's up? What service or process is tanking my CPU? I've tried using the rolling cache, not using it.
But then today, I'm back down to <10 frames. I noticed the live weather was down during this time too. This past week it went back up to 30 and my CPU was at 75% usage. This lasted for about a week and it was unplayable. Then a few days later, I was getting <10FPS and I noticed my CPU was totally maxed out at 100% usage. But, upon release, I was able to get about 30FPS on low settings (and I mean, everything low.) Not solid, but it would stay around 30.
